摘  要:与传统计量室相比,生产现场的环境温度变化较大且温度分布比较复杂,从而使得齿轮测量机产生复杂的热变形,对测量结果造成较大的影响。为了真实模拟和分析测量机在生产现场环境下的热变形情况,提出一种基于现场实测温度的齿轮测量机热变形有限元分析方法。该方法在齿轮测量机周围布设温度传感器获得测量机的环境温度信息,通过线性插值方法获得齿轮测量机表面的温度场,最后将该温度场导入ANSYS软件中分析在该温度场情况下的齿轮测量机上下顶尖和各直线轴的热变形情况。仿真结果表明:环境温度引起的上下顶尖偏心和测量机导轨的热变形是影响齿轮测量机测量精度的主要因素,其中上下顶尖在X向和Y向的偏心量分别为2.17μm和12.20μm,热变形引起的导轨误差对实际测量项目的影响为亚微米级到微米级,不应忽视在生产现场环境因温度引起的热误差。Compared with the traditional metrology lab, the ambient temperature of the production site varies greatly and its distribution is complex, which makes the gear measuring machine produce complex thermal deformation and has a great impact on the measurement results.In order to truly simulate and analyze the thermal deformation of the measuring machine in the production site, a finite element analysis method of thermal deformation of the gear measuring machine based on the field measured temperature data is proposed.In this method, the ambient temperature information of the gear measuring machine is obtained by temperature sensors arranging around the gear measuring machine, and then the temperature field on the surface of the gear measuring machine is obtained by linear interpolation.The temperature field is imported into ANSYS software to analyze the thermal deformation of the upper and lower centers and linear axis of the gear measuring machine under this temperature field.The simulation results show that the eccentricity of the upper and lower centers and the thermal deformation of the guide rail are the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the gear measuring machine, and the eccentricity of the upper and lower centers in X direction and Y direction are respectively 2.17μm and 12.20μm.The influence of guide rail error caused by thermal deformation on the actual measurement is about submicron to micron.The thermal error caused by ambient temperature in the production site environment can not be ignored.
