新型防火保温装饰一体板在建筑外墙保温中的应用研究

摘　　要：保温装饰一体板是近年来外墙外保温系统发展过程中的产物,受到越来越多的开发商及建设单位的青睐,但是传统的一体板容易出现基板开裂、破损、起皮、板材翘曲、渗漏甚至脱落造成安全事故等问题。针对上述问题,公司研制的新型防火保温装饰一体板,综合考虑了环保、防火、节能、适用等各方面因素,采用全新理念,全部使用A级防火的无机材料为主要原料,从产品制作到现场施工,方便快捷,实现了产品防火、保温和饰面层耐久系统化的构建,为提高保温装饰板一体化的实用性提供了新的思路和方法。Thermal insulation and decorative integrated board is the product of the development of external thermal insulation system in recent years, which is favored by more and more developers and construction units. However, the traditional integrated board is prone to the problems of substrate cracking, damage, peeling, warping, leakage and even falling off, causing safety accidents. According to the above problem, a new type of fireproof insulation and decoration integrated board is developed, integrated consideration of the environmental protection, energy saving, fireproofing factors. Adopt new ideas, all use of class A fireproof inorganic material as the main raw material, from production to the site construction, convenient and quick. The products realize the fire protection, the systematic construction of thermal insulation and durability of decorative layer. The paper provides new ideas and methods for improving the practicability of thermal insulation and decorative integrated board.
