摘 要:新建数据中心普遍要求PUE不低于1.3,采用传统冷冻水房间级精密空调系统的数据中心主要是选用高效制冷设备和运用冬季免费制冷的措施。由于受到所在地区冬季免费制冷可用时间限制、架空地板高度限制、末端空调尺寸等因素的制约,传统下送风数据中心的PUE基本达到瓶颈。通过对空调送风方式的调整,无地板侧送风设计,降低空调风阻。结合热通道封闭与回风吊顶的应用,进一步提升空调制冷效果。同时热通道封闭的应用可以在确保制冷安全与满足国家规范的送风温度下大幅度提升冷冻水的供回水温度,提升冬季冷却塔免费制冷对应湿球温度,获得更多的免费制冷可用时间。通过实际案例并结合CFD模拟的方法阐述侧向无地板送风的优势,为数据中心空调解决方案的设计提供参考。The PUE of data center is generally required to be no less than 1.3. The data center chilled water systems mainly adopts high-efficiency refrigeration equipment and measures of free cooling in winter. Due to the restriction of the available time of free cooling in winter, the height of raised floor, the size of terminal air conditioner and other factors, the PUE of traditional down air supply data center basically reaches the bottleneck. The air supply mode of air conditioner is adjusted to improve the refrigeration effect of air conditioner. The Hot Aisle Layout can greatly increase the supply and return water temperature of the chilled water under the supply air temperature that ensures the refrigeration safety and meets the national standards, increasing the wet bulb temperature corresponding to the free cooling of the cooling tower in winter, and obtaining more free cooling available time. Through the project case and referring to the CFD results, the advantages of the system are showed without raised floor air supply, providing reference for air conditioning design of data center.
