摘 要:基于GB/T 19232—2019《风机盘管机组》的热工性能试验方法,应用焓值理论推导了风机盘管机组换热量计算公式,对风侧和水侧换热平衡性进行分析,详细解读了风机盘管机组的风侧系统和水侧系统的热工性能,指出水侧换热量与辅侧换热量存在本质区别,为使空气侧供冷量计算结果更加科学合理地反映试验结果,建议从供冷量的计算公式中减去冷凝水带走的热量。归纳了风机盘管机组性能测试过程中的一些注意事项,即性能测试均依据标准静压进行测试,性能测试时的风量和静压均指标准空气状态下的风量和静压,并给出了相应的建议,为正确理解标准中性能计算公式、准确检测风机盘管机组的性能提供指导。Based on the thermal performance test requirements in GB/T 19232-2019 “Fan Coil Unit”, the calculation equation of heat exchange capacity of fan-coil unit was derived by using enthalpy theory. The heat transfer balance between air side system and water side system are analyzed, the thermal performance of the air side system and the water side system of the fan coil unit is interpreted in detail. The heat transfer capacity of water side is different from that of the auxiliary side. It is suggested that the correction of heat leakage should be considered in the calculation formula of heat transfer capacity. In order to make the calculation results of air-side cooling capacity reflect the test results more scientifically and reasonably, it is suggested that the capacity from condensed water should be subtracted from the calculation formula of cooling capacity. Some considerations during the performance test of the fan coil unit are summarized, that is, the performance tests are based on the standard static pressure. During the performance test the air volume and static pressure refer to the air volume and static pressure in the standard air state, and the corresponding suggestions are given. The research results can provide guidance for correctly understanding the performance calculation equations in the standard and accurately testing the performance of fan coil unit.
