摘 要:当前非接触式距离测量科技正在正向精确、高速率和智能的方位发展。本文根据基于距离敏感光探针法的检测方法,制定了采用PSD的测距系统方法,并对硬件部分开展了研究与选型。根据采用PSD的测距系统方法以及光学三角法,建立了简易试验平台以实现系统标定,并开展了系统精度、在不同条件中的检测效果等试验,同时研究了本测距方法系统误差所产生的问题。本文的研究工作对后期采用PSD的测距系统的进一步开发及应用,奠定了理论与实验基础。At present, the non-contact distance measurement technology is developing in the direction of accuracy, high speed and intelligence. In this paper, according to the detection method based on distance sensitive light probe method, a distance measurement system method using PSD is developed, and the hardware part is studied and selected. According to the distance measurement system method using PSD and the optical triangulation method, a simple test platform is established to achieve system calibration, and experiments are carried out on system accuracy, detection effects under different conditions,etc. At the same time, the problems caused by the system error of this distance measurement method are studied. The research work of this paper has laid a theoretical and experimental foundation for the further development and application of the later PSD based distance measurement system.
