摘　　要：本文建立指标体系,对内蒙古区域创新水平进行测度,并根据当地情况分析高新技术产业集聚对内蒙古区域创新水平的影响,同时基于研究结论对内蒙古高新技术产业及其产业集聚的未来发展提出建议,以期作为内蒙古高新技术产业发展决策参考依据。This paper establishes an index system to measure the regional innovation level of Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the influence of high and new technology industry agglomeration on the regional innovation level of Inner Mongolia according to the local conditions. Based on the research conclusions, it puts forward suggestions for the future development of high and new technology industry and industry agglomeration in Inner Mongolia to provide reference for decision-making.
