摘 要:为解决垂直螺旋输送槽输送性能难预测的问题,采用动力学理论对槽内物料颗粒群的运动机理展开了分析。通过分析物料输送过程掌握物料颗粒群力学特性,在把握物料颗粒群运动特征参数的基础上,设计实验,对物料种类、螺旋轴转速等因素给设备生产率带来的影响进行验证。实验结果表明,根据物料种类调整螺旋轴转速和喂料头转速的比值(转速比),在转速比达到3~4时,设备的生产率最大。因此结合颗粒群力学特性进行特征参数调节,可以优化垂直螺旋输送槽的输送性能。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to predict the conveying performance of vertical spiral conveyor trough, the motion mechanism of material particles in the conveyor trough is analyzed by using dynamics theory. Grasp the mechanical characteristics of material particle group are grasped by analyzing the material conveying process. On the basis of grasping the movement characteristic parameters of material particle group, experiments are designed to verify the influence of material type, spiral shaft speed and other factors on equipment productivity. The experimental results show that the ratio of the rotating speed of the spiral shaft to the rotating speed of the feeding head(rotating speed ratio) is adjusted according to the material type. When the rotating speed ratio reaches 3~4, the productivity of the equipment is the highest. Therefore, the transportation performance of vertical spiral conveyor trough can be optimized by adjusting the characteristic parameters in combination with the mechanical properties of particle groups.
