摘 要:针对高功率天线的差分馈电和阻抗匹配问题,文中提出了一种基于同轴线结构加载铁氧体磁环的宽带巴伦模型。双同轴线具有阻抗变换功能和较好的功率承载能力,铁氧体磁环改善了巴伦在低频时的输入匹配和两个输出端口不平衡度。仿真和实测表明,此巴伦在0.05~1.24 GHz内回波损耗低于-10 dB,去除3.0 dB系统插损后单端插入损耗在1.5 dB以内,两端输出的相位不平衡度在5°以内,幅度不平衡度在2%以内。通过分析巴伦的电磁热损耗场、温度场和应力形变场,验证了巴伦在高功率馈电下的工作性能,结果表明此巴伦在工作频带内能够承受500 W的功率。In this paper,a broadband balun model based on a coaxial line structure loaded with ferrite beads is proposed for the problem of differential feeding and impedance matching of high-power antennas.The dual coaxial line has impedance transformation function and better power carrying capacity,and the ferrite magnetic beads improve the input matching and the balance of the two output ports at low frequencies of the balun.Simulations and measurements show that the return loss is less than-10 dB,single-ended insertion loss is within 1.5 dB after removal of 3.0 dB system insertion loss,the phase imbalance is within 5°and the amplitude imbalance is within 2%at both outputs from 0.05 GHz to 1.24 GHz.The operating performance of the balun at high power feeds is verified by analyzing the electromagnetic heat loss field,temperature field and stress deformation field of the balun,and the results show that this balun can withstand 500 W power in the operating frequency band.
