摘 要:以环氧改性有机硅树脂作为基体,添加二氧化硅、玻璃纤维粉、钛白粉、硅酸盐类填料和复合阻燃剂等无机填料,以低分子聚酰胺作为固化剂,设计制备了环氧改性有机硅热防护涂层,并且分析了填料种类以及添加量对涂层力学性能和抗烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明:添加无机填料能大幅提高涂层的强度和热解保留质量,有效提升涂层抗烧蚀性能;在改善涂层的抗烧蚀性能方面,玻璃纤维粉优于二氧化硅粉,钛白粉显著优于硅酸盐类填料。In this paper,epoxy modified silicone resin-based thermal protective coatings were prepared with epoxy modified silicone resin as matrix and low molecular polyamide used as curing agent.Inorganic fillers such as silica,glass fiber powder,titanium dioxide,silicate fillers and flame retardants were also added.The effects of filler types and content on the mechanical properties and ablation properties of the coating were analyzed.The results showed that the addition of inorganic fillers could greatly improve the strength and pyrolysis residual weight of the thermal protective coating,and effectively improve the ablation resistance of the coating.Under the condition of high temperature oxygen-acetylene ablation,the improvement effect of glass fiber powder on the ablation resistance of the coating was better than that of silica powder,and titanium dioxide with good high temperature stability was significantly better than that of silicate fillers.
