摘　　要：介绍了一套防护性能优异的水性双组分环氧底漆和水性双组分聚氨酯面漆的复合涂料体系,探讨了底漆环氧树脂、胺类固化剂、底漆颜基比(P/B)、面漆羟丙树脂、异氰酸酯固化剂以及环保助溶剂对“湿碰湿”涂装配套性和复合涂膜外观及性能的影响。结果表明:底漆甲组分选用表干时间和硬度较好的DB4253水性环氧树脂配合A和C的复合胺类固化剂乙组分作为主体成膜物,颜基比为2.0,m(甲组分)∶m(乙组分)=7∶1,干膜厚度控制在(55±5)μm;水性羟基丙烯酸树脂为Antkote®2033,HDI固化剂为DNW-5500/Aquolin®280(质量比2∶1)和复配助溶剂DPnB/PGDA(质量比1∶1)组成的面漆体系,能够满足大型机械设备“湿碰湿”配套涂装的工艺和性能要求。A coating system of waterborne two-component epoxy primer and waterborne two-component polyurethane topcoat with excellent protective properties was introduced in this paper.The effects of the change of the epoxy resin of primer,the amine curing agent,the ratio of pigment to the base resin of the primer paint,the hydroxypropyl resin of topcoat,the isocyanate curing agent,and the environmentally friendly co-solvent on the compatibility and properties of the“wet-on-wet”coating system were discussed.The results show that,the component A of waterborne epoxy resin DB4253 with good surface drying time and hardness and the component B of compound amine curing agent A and C were used as the primer main film-forming substance,with the ratio of pigment to the base resin of the primer paint was 2.0,m(component A)∶m(component B)=7∶1,and the dry film thickness was controlled at(55±5)μm,and the top coating system of the waterborne hydroxy acrylic resin Antkote®2033,HDI curing agent DNW-5500∶Aquolin®280=2∶1 and environmental friendly cosolvent DPnB∶PGDA=1∶1,which can meet the process and performance requirements of“wet-on-wet”matching coating for large mechanical equipment .
