高固含环氧富锌底漆的研制及性能研究

摘　　要：研制了一种高固含环氧富锌底漆,重点讨论了环氧树脂、固化剂、活性稀释剂、防沉剂及填料对高固含环氧富锌底漆的性能影响。结果表明:研制的高固含富锌底漆固含量为92%;VOC含量为243 g/L,明显低于传统的环氧富锌底漆;同时,该产品具有优异的综合性能,满足HG/T 3668—2020要求;另外,该产品与环氧云铁漆及耐候面漆配套具有优异的耐盐雾性、耐湿热性、耐冷凝性及循环老化性能,满足ISO 12944-9:2018标准要求。A high solid epoxy zinc-rich primer was prepared.The effects of epoxy resin,curing agent,modifier,the anti-settling agent,the extender on the properties of the high solid epoxy zinc-rich primer were discussed.The non-volatile content of the high solid epoxy zincrich primer prepared in this paper was 92%and its VOC was 243 g/L,obviously lower than traditional epoxy zinc-rich primer.Meanwhile,the primer met HG/T 3668—2020 standard and showed excellent comprehensive performance.Furthermore,the primer with micaceous iron oxide epoxy paint and weather-resistance topcoat as a system exhibited exceptional salt spray resistance,heat and humidity resistance,condensation resistance and cyclic ageing resistance,which met ISO 12944-9:2018 standard.
