摘 要:镀铝玻璃镜具有比镀银玻璃镜更环保的生产工艺,但由于镀铝层的耐碱性不及镀银玻璃镜,所以在开发水性镀铝玻璃镜镜背涂料时,要特别注意提高其耐碱性。本文梳理了历年镀铝玻璃镜镜背涂料的研究进展,讨论了溶剂型镀铝玻璃镜镜背涂料发展过程中树脂和耐腐蚀剂选型的变化,探讨了水性镀铝玻璃镜镜背涂料中树脂和耐腐蚀剂选择的原理,认为在水性树脂中增加磺酸盐基团的含量是提高水性镀铝玻璃镜镜背涂料耐碱性的关键,水性单涂层是水性镀铝玻璃镜镜背涂料的发展方向。Aluminum-plated glass mirror indicated more environment-friendly production technology than silver-plated glass mirror,since the alkali resistance of aluminized glass layer was not as good as that of silver-plated glass mirror,special attention should be paid to improving the alkali resistance when developing water-based aluminum-plated glass mirror back coating.This paper made a detailed review of the literature on the aluminumplated glass mirror back coating over the years.The change of solve-based mirror back coating’s resin and corrosive resistance agents selection development process were discussed,the selection principle of the resin and corrosive resistance agents for water-based aluminumplated glass mirror back coating were also explored.It came to conclusion that increasing the content of sulfonate groups in water-based resin was the key to improve the alkaline resistance and it was considered that single coating was the developing direction for water-based aluminum-plated mirror back coating.
