锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐在大鼠体内药动学参数的测定

摘　　要：目的测定锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液在大鼠体内的药动学参数。方法采用尾静脉注射给药和尾静脉采血,并用伽马计数仪测定给药大鼠血液的放射性计数,计算给药后不同时间点大鼠的血药浓度,并使用DAS 2.0软件计算锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液在大鼠体内的药动学参数。结果与结论初步探索了锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐在大鼠体内的药动学参数,为进一步研究该药物在人体内的吸收、代谢、分布和排泄的规律奠定了基础。OBJECTIVE To determine the pharmacokinetic parameters of technetium[^(99)Tc]-methylenebisphosphonate in rats.METHODS Tail vein administration and tail vein blood collection were used in this study,and the radio-activities were counted in gamma counter and used to calculate the blood drug concentration.The pharmacokinetic parameters of technetium[^(99)Tc]-methylenebisphosphonate were then calculated via DAS 2.0 software.CONCLUSION The pharmacokinetic parameters of technetium[^(99)Tc]-methylenebisphosphonate were successfully measured in rats and can be further used in the evaluation of the determination of the ADME properties of this drug in human research.
