摘  要:为了帮助凤阳石英砂企业采用磁选工艺有效去除石英砂中铁杂质,本次研究对凤阳石英石中杂质矿物成分以及石英砂、磁选颗粒物、石英砂中颜色颗粒物等3类颗粒物的磁学参数、金属元素含量进行测量,结果显示凤阳石英石中存在黄铁矿、黑云母、白云母、碱性长石和金红石等多种杂质矿物,3类颗粒物样品中存在有磁铁矿和赤铁矿,磁学性质主要由磁铁矿控制,磁性矿物含量和铁元素含量存在很大差别,磁选颗粒物的磁化率(χ)、饱和等温剩磁(SIRM)、非磁滞剩磁磁化率(χARM)和铁元素含量平均值(6687.7×10^(-8) m^(3)kg^(-1),6312.2×10^(-4)Am^(2)kg^(-1),3534.2×10^(-8) m^(3)kg^(-1),4.72%)最高,且远高于颜色颗粒物的平均值(76.39×10^(-8) m^(3)kg^(-1),43.38×10^(-4) Am^(2)kg^(-1),43.38×10^(-8) m^(3)kg^(-1),0.54%)和石英砂的平均值(1.93×10^(-8) m^(3)kg^(-1),26.40×10^(-4)Am^(2)kg^(-1),0.86×10^(-8) m^(3)kg^(-1),0.048%),磁选颗粒物中磁性颗粒粒径较粗,主要是多畴(MD)和假单畴(PSD),而颜色颗粒物和石英砂中磁性颗粒粒径分布范围很宽。若要深度提纯凤阳石英砂,需对石英砂中弱磁性的杂质矿物进行去除,仅靠磁选工艺是很难实现的。There are three kinds of particles in Fengyang quartz stone, quartz sand, magnetic separation particles and color particles in quartz sand. To effectively remove iron impurities in quartz sand by the magnetic separation process, the magnetic parameters and metal element content of these three kinds of particles are measured and analyzed. The results show that there are many impurity minerals such as iron minerals, pyrite, biotite, muscovite, alkali feldspar and rutile in Fengyang quartz sand. Magnetite and hematite exist in the three kinds of particulate samples, and their magnetic properties are mainly controlled by magnetite, and the difference between magnetic mineral content and iron content is great. The magnetic susceptibility(χ), saturation isothermal remanence magnetic susceptibility(SIRM), non-hysteresis remanence magnetic susceptibility(χ_(ARM)) and average iron content(6 687.7×10^(-8)m^(3)kg^(-1), 6 312.2×10^(-4)Am^(2)kg, 3 534.2×10^(-8)m^(3)kg^(-1), 4.72%) of magnetic separation particles are the highest and it is much higher than the average values of color particles(76.39×10^(-8)m^(3)kg^(-1), 43.38×10^(-4)Am^(2)kg, 43.38×10^(-8)m^(3)kg^(-1), 0.54%) and quartz sand(1.93×10^(-8)m^(3)kg^(-1), 26.40×10^(-4)Am^(2)kg, 0.86×10m^(3)kg^(-1), 0.048%). The particle size of magnetic particles in magnetic separation is coarser, mainly consisting of multi-domain(MD) and pseudo-single domain(PSD), while the particle size distribution of magnetic particles in color particles and quartz sand is greatly wide. The study shows that it is difficult to achieve the deep purification of Fengyang quartz sand only by the magnetic separation process, and it is necessary to remove weak magnetic impurity minerals in quartz sand first in order to achieve the goal.
