摘　　要：本文从直饮水系统、太阳能热水系统、生活污水处理+中水深度处理系统、水质在线检测系统、智能消火栓水压无线监测系统等方面,通过节水、循环资源、提高能效等方式来实施,着重实现管网物联网、再生能源利用、中水循环利用、消防供水安全和节水节能等几个环节,将绿色、安全和节能的概念融入智慧楼宇的给排水设计中,实现智慧楼宇的灵魂,完全吻合智慧楼宇发展进程中的可持续发展理念。楼宇给排水的绿色化、安全化和节能化的科学发展更加使楼宇达到“智慧”的状态。The systems involving drinking water,solar hotwater,domestic sewage treatment plus reclaimed water advanced treatment,water quality on-line detection,Intelligent hydrant pressure monitoring can be improved through water conservation,resource recycling and the raise of energy efficiency.By emphasizing the realization of several links such as IoT of pipe network,the utilization of renewable energies,recycling of reclaimed water,safety of fire water supply,water and energy conservation,the ideas of green,safety and energy conservation are integrated with the design of water supply and drainage of smart buildings so as to create the soul of smart buildings and be in line with the concept of sustainable development of smart buildings.The above scientific development of green,safety and energy-saving will lead to smart buildings.
