摘　　要：中国特色解决民族问题的制度逻辑,指涉理论内核、制度优势、制度效能转化的实现范式。其中坚持各民族一律平等、保证民族自治地方依法行使自治权、发展社会主义民族关系,是解决民族问题制度化表达的基本原则、法治前提和重要内容;民族区域自治制度的优势形塑联合行动的持续过程,其制度安排下的“善治”,具有保障各民族一律平等、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、实现各民族团结奋斗繁荣发展的制度优势;打牢中华民族共同体思想基础、加强各民族交往交流交融、不断满足人们对美好生活的追求,则构成了把制度优势转化为国家治理效能的前提、关键和归宿。The institutional logic of solving ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics can be relevant to the realization paradigm of theoretical core,institutional advantage,and institutional efficiency transformation.Upholding the equality of all ethnic groups,ensuring that ethnic autonomous areas exercise their right of autonomy per the law,and developing socialist ethnic relations are the basic principles,the premise of the rule of law,and important content of solving the institutionalized expression of ethnic problems respectively.Ethnic unity is a prerequisite for ethnic equality.The system of regional ethnic autonomy incorporates the concept of equality among all ethnic groups into social governance,especially in the administration of ethnic affairs,and guides people of all ethnic groups to respect differences,resolve conflicts and build consensus in the integration process of Chinese people.The institutional advantages of the system of regional ethnic autonomy shape the continuous process of joint action.“Good governance”under its institutional arrangement seems to possess institutional advantages such as guaranteeing the equality of all ethnic groups,forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and realizing the unity,struggle,and prosperity of all ethnic groups.Among them,findings showed that institutional design aimed at the equality of all ethnic populations recognized differences and diversity,guaranteed the legitimate rights of all citizens,demonstrated the political nature and implication of the people as their own masters of the community,and blazed a correct trail for solving ethnic issues with Chinese characteristics.What s more,under the interaction mechanism of social structure and ethnic cohesion,institutional construction of equality among all ethnic peoples within the same community interprets and governs the content structure,essential characteristics,and value implications of the sense of community for the Chinese nation,fully demonstrating the institutional advantages of solid
