摘 要:异山梨醇(Is)作为第三单体与苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)共聚,制备Is与总醇投料比n(Is)/n(EG+Is)为20%的共聚酯PEIT。研究了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂浓度、酯化温度及缩聚温度对聚合反应的影响,采用核磁共振波谱仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪表征了共聚酯的化学结构,差式扫描量热仪、热失重分析仪、万能材料试验机和摆锤冲击试验机分别测试了PEIT的热性能和力学性能。结果表明,在试验范围内提高醇酸摩尔比、酯化温度、缩聚温度或适量催化剂有助于提高聚合反应速率。PEIT玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))随醇酸摩尔比降低而升高,当醇酸摩尔比为1.2时,共聚酯T_(g)达到93.4℃。Is改性单元进入共聚酯分子链,PEIT熔点消失,并保持良好的热稳定性和力学性能。可以看出,共聚酯中引入Is改性单元,提高了耐热性能,扩宽了其应用领域。Isosorbide(Is)was used as the third monomer to copolymerize with terephthalic acid(PTA)and ethylene glycol(EG)with 20%relative to the total diols amount,which was synthesized for Poly(ethylene terephthalate-co-isosorbide terephthalate)(PEIT)copolyester.The effects of reaction molar ratio,catalyst concentration,esterification temperature and polycondensation temperature on the polymerization were studied.The chemical structure,thermal properties and mechanical properties of the synthesized PEIT were characterized.The results showed that within the test range,the reaction rate was increased by increasing the reaction molar ratio,esterification temperature,polycondensation temperature,or appropriate catalyst concentration.The glass transition temperature(T_(g))of PEIT increased with the decrease of reaction molar ratio.When the reaction molar ratio was 1.2,the copolyester T_(g) reached 93.4℃.The modifying-agents were introduced to the copolyester molecular chain,the melting point of PEIT was disappeared.The copolyester maintained good thermal stability and excellent mechanical properties.It can be seen that Is modified unit was introduced into PEIT,which improved the heat resistance and broadened the application field.
