摘 要:目的了解河南省市、县级疾病预防控制机构(疾控机构,CDC)实验室饮用水中砷元素的检测能力,为科学指导水质检测工作提供数据支持。方法2021年10至12月,由河南省疾病预防控制中心组织,在全省17个省辖市、10个直管县选取118家疾控机构实验室开展饮用水中砷检测能力验证工作。对检测结果采用四分位稳健统计法进行统计分析,使用Z比分数对结果进行判定。结果118家疾控机构实验室,113家实验室按时提交检测结果。其中,获得满意结果的实验室89家,满意率为78.76%;可疑结果有7家,可疑率为6.20%;不满意结果有17家,不满意率为15.04%。本次能力验证评价结果在省辖市和县(市)级实验室间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在不同考核样品浓度结果间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论河南省各级疾控机构实验室对饮用水中砷元素的检测能力总体较好,部分实验室的检测能力有待进一步提高。Objective To understand the ability of CDC laboratories at the city and county levels in Henan for the detection of arsenic in drinking water,and provide data support for scientific guidance on water quality detection.Methods From October to December 2021,118 laboratories of CDC at county or city level were selected from 17 provincial cities and 10 directly administered counties in Henan for verifying their ability to detect arsenic in drinking water,which were organized by Henan CDC.The test results were statistically analyzed using quartile robust statistical method,and the results are judged by Z-ratio score.Results Of the 118 laboratories,113 reported the test results on time.The results showed that 89 laboratories obtained satisfactory results,with a satisfaction rate of 78.76%.There were 7 suspicious results,and the suspicious rate was 6.20%.There were 17 dissatisfied results,and the dissatisfaction rate was 15.04%.The difference of the ability-verification-and-evaluation results between city-level and county-level laboratories had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but the difference of the verification results for examining sample concentrations was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ability of CDC laboratories at all levels in Henan for the detection of arsenic in drinking water is generally good,and the detection ability of some laboratories needs to be further improved.
