摘　　要：“图书情报与档案管理”一级学科更名为“信息资源管理”给图书馆学带来了因应信息事业变革、满足信息职业需求、拓展信息研究畛域、夯实信息教育基础等机缘,但也导致图书馆学面临学科定位、学科关系、学科导向、学科话语等方面的挑战。图书馆学应该在一级学科更名的背景下抓住机遇应对挑战,保持学科战略定力、突显知识管理本质、坚守学科专业特质,积极建立并完善具有中国特色的图书馆学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系,在交叉融合的过程中培植学科生长点,实现学科的长效创新发展。参考文献35。The renaming of the first-level discipline of“Library,Information and Archives Management”to“Information Resource Management”has brought opportunities for library science to respond to changes in the information industry,meet the needs of information occupations,expand the field of information research,and consolidate the foundation of information education.Also,it is faced with the challenges of discipline location,discipline relationship,discipline orientation,discipline discourse,and so on.Library science should seize the opportunity to meet the challenges under the background of the renaming of the first-level discipline,maintain the disciplinary strategy,highlight the essence of knowledge management,adhere to the professional characteristics of the discipline,and actively establish and improve the library science discipline system,academic system,and discourse system with Chinese characteristics,in order to cultivate the growth points of disciplines in the process of cross-integration,and realize the long-term innovative development of disciplines.35 refs.
