摘  要:利用Fluent软件对新型气流微粉机内部流场进行数值模拟,得到了内部流场规律,并分析了不同结构参数对流场的影响。在新型气流微粉机内安装导流环可促使内部流循环,增大球化室内流体的压力;适当减小锤头与齿圈间隙,可提升球形石墨产率及球化效率。通过实验验证了新型气流微粉机优化结构参数,可为气流微粉机理论研究及结构优化设计提供依据。A numerical simulation was performed for the internal flow field of a new airflow pulverizer by using software(Fluent), and then the law of internal flow field was obtained and used to analyze the influence of structural parameters on flow field. The deflector ring installed in the airflow pulverizer can promote the circulation of internal flow and increase the fluid pressure in the spheroidizing chamber. The yield and spheroidizing efficiency of spherical graphite can be increased by reducing properly the gap between hammer and tooth ring. The optimized structure parameters are verified by experiments, which can provide reference and direction for the theoretical research and structural optimization design of airflow pulverizer.
