摘  要:对国外某大型铜矿选矿厂铜钼混合浮选生产流程进行了考查。结果表明,选矿厂矿石处理量略低于设计产能,铜精矿品位41.63%、回收率88.73%,但浮选给矿粒度组成不合理,难选粒级+212μm粒级和-10μm粒级含量较高;磨矿分级优化空间较大,通过优化入选粒度组成可提高金属回收率。Based on the investigation of the flowsheet for a copper-molybdenum bulk flotation in a large-scale copper concentrator abroad, it is found that the throughput of the concentrator is slightly below the designed capacity. A copper concentrate with Cu grade of 41.63% at 88.73% recovery is obtained from the flowsheet, but the particle size composition of flotation feed is inappropriate, with the refractory ore in size fractions of +212 μm and-10 μm accounting for a comparatively higher percentage. It is essential to strengthen the grinding and classification processes, thus the feed size distribution can be optimized to raise the metal recovery.
