摘 要:对广西某铝厂典型赤泥强磁选预富集粗精矿的闪速磁化焙烧过程进行了研究,通过与马弗炉磁化焙烧试验对比,研究了不同物料反应状态的反应热动力学过程及其工艺技术指标。结果表明,闪速磁化焙烧工艺能充分利用赤泥颗粒特性,在数十秒时间内完成马弗炉需要45 min以上才能完成的焙烧过程,并取得水平相当的工艺产品指标,凸显了闪速磁化焙烧工艺在赤泥消纳领域的潜力。A flash magnetization roasting process for the rougher concentrate that was obtained after the typical red mud from a Guangxi′s aluminum plant was pre-processed by high intensity magnetic concentration was investigated. Based on the comparison with the magnetization roasting test with muffle furnace, the thermal kinetics of the material at different reaction state and its technical indicators were studied. It is shown that flash magnetization roasting process can take advantage of the characteristics of red mud particles. Thus, it just takes a very short time for the completion of the whole process, but more than 45 minutes will need for the roasting process to be completed in a muffle furnace. Furthermore, the indicators of product by using flash magnetization roasting are even comparable with that by using muffle furnace, indicating that flash magnetization roasting process has promising potential in recycling red mud.
