摘  要:2021中国页岩气产量已突破220×108 m3,但受到钻井周期长,井漏、卡钻频发等挑战与钻井成本高等因素的制约,页岩气规模效益开发需要进一步探索。为此,以四川盆地长宁国家级页岩气示范区为例,借鉴北美页岩油气钻井经验,提出基于技术与管理有机融合的系统优化钻井方法,构建了“系统优化设计+远程实时优化与决策+日费制管理”的新型技术管理模式。研究结果表明:①通过地质条件、工程技术、设备与工具、施工管理等全过程系统评估,找出制约钻井提速瓶颈因素,进而采用“地质工程一体化、技术经济一体化、设计施工一体化”思路开展钻井方案系统优化;②建立远程实时优化决策中心,利用实时优化软件平台,远程实时跟踪分析与及时决策,提高了优化效率;③建立了钻井“日费制”管理新模式,应用系统协调和并行工程理念,优化生产组织流程。结论认为,该方法在长宁页岩气示范区进行实践,钻机作业效率提高了76%,单井钻井成本降低了16%,该方法对其他地区页岩气以及非常规油气规模效益开发具有较好借鉴和参考价值。China’s shale gas production exceeded 220×108m~3 in 2021.However,large-scale and efficient development of shale gas is restricted by a long drilling period,challenges such as frequent occurrence of lost circulation and pipe sticking,and some other factors like high drilling cost.Taking the Changning National Shale Gas Demonstration Area in the Sichuan Basin as an example,and learning from the experience of shale oil and gas drilling in North America,a systematic optimum drilling method based on the organic integration of technology and management is proposed,and a new technical management model of system optimization design+remote real-time optimization and decision-making+day rate is built.The results show that key factors restricting the enhancement of drilling speed are determined through systematic evaluation of the whole process involving geological conditions,engineering technology,equipment and tools,and operation management,and then the drilling program was systemically optimized according to the ideas of geology–engineering integration,technology–economy integration,and design–operation integration.A remote real-time optimization decision center was built,and the real-time optimization software platform was used to realize the remote real-time tracking analysis and timely decision-making,with improved optimization efficiency.A new management model based on day rate for drilling was established,and the production organization process was optimized according to the concept of system coordination and concurrent engineering.It is concluded that the proposed method improves the drilling rig efficiency by 76%and reduces the single-well drilling cost by 16%in the Changning National Shale Gas Demonstration Area.Therefore,the systematic optimum drilling method based on the organic integration of technology and management is of great reference for large-scale and efficient development of shale gas and unconventional hydrocarbons in other areas.
