摘　　要：事故的发生与风险管控不到位、隐患治理不闭环等有着直接关系,而标准化安全智能管控平台的建设则是对矿山安全生产工作的有力支持。以大型地下冶金矿山为背景搭建标准化安全智能管控平台系统,主要功能模块有风险管控、隐患排查、数据分析、应急管理等。将“双体系”同“标准化”有效融合,突出安全基础管理、风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防机制等功能,提高对安全工作及时、动态地管控能力。平台实现从被动处理到主动预防、风险预警、可量化与动态化管理模式的转变,极大地提升安全管理工作效率,做到对企业全方位的风险管控和隐患排查。The occurrence of accidents is directly related to the lack of risk control and hidden danger control,and the construction of standardized safety intelligent management and control platform is a strong support for mine safety production.Based on the background of large underground metallurgical mines,a standardized safety intelligent management and control platform system is built.The main functional modules include risk management and control,hidden danger investigation,data analysis,emergency management and so on.The’dual system’and’standardization’effective integration,highlighting the basic safety management,risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management of double prevention mechanism,improve the safety work in a timely and dynamic control ability.The platform realizes the transformation from passive processing to active prevention,risk warning,quantifiable and dynamic management mode,greatly improves the efficiency of safety management,and achieves allround risk control and hidden danger investigation for enterprises.
