摘 要:高位定向钻孔代替高抽巷治理上隅角瓦斯工艺中,成孔直径是该工艺实施效果的主要影响因素之一。为了提高大直径高位定向钻孔成孔效率,通过综合分析现有高位定向钻孔多次成孔工艺、钻具组合、孔内事故等导致的施工效率低的因素,从钻机选型、钻具配套、施工工艺三方面对大直径高位定向钻孔成孔工艺进行改进,以实现大直径高位定向钻孔一次性成孔。通过在王坡煤矿进行试验,一次成孔孔径200 mm、终孔孔深501m的平均施工效率为90m/d,成孔效率提高76.5%。新技术具有工艺流程简单、施工效率高、事故预防及处理能力强等特点。In the process of high-level directional drilling instead of high-level drainage roadway to control upper corner gas,the hole diameter is one of the main factors affecting the implementation effect of the process.In order to improve the hole-forming efficiency of large-diameter high-level directional drill⁃ing,through the comprehensive analysis of the factors of low construction efficiency caused by the existing high-level directional drilling multiple hole-forming process,drilling tool assembly,hole accident and so on,the hole-forming process of large-diameter high-level directional drilling is improved from three as⁃pects of drilling rig selection,drilling tool matching and construction technology,so as to realize the onetime hole-forming of large-diameter high-level directional drilling.Through the test in Wangpo Coal Mine,the average construction efficiency of 200 mm hole diameter and 501 m final hole depth is 90 m/d,and the hole forming efficiency is increased by 76.5%.The new technology has the characteristics of simple process,high construction efficiency and strong accident prevention and treatment ability.
