摘 要:结合海南石碌铁矿采场涌水及矿井排水系统现状,针对台风暴雨季节降雨量大和井巷水流速度快的特点,提出以疏为主、以堵为辅、疏堵结合的矿井防排水方案,分“截、疏、挡、排、保”5个环节进行管理,在露天设置4条防洪沟拦截雨水,并通过废石垫层控制雨水渗透速度,在地下采场水流线路上设置多级沉淀设施以及拦水坝、放水孔等,不仅畅通了矿井涌水线路,减少了采场积水,还有效地防止了泥沙进入沉淀池和水仓,为排水设备安全运行创造了有利条件。In combination with the current situation of water gushing in the stope and mine drainage system of Shilu Iron Mine in Hainan Province,and in view of the characteristics of heavy rainfall and fast water flow in the tunnel during the typhoon storm season,a mine drainage scheme is proposed,which is mainly composed of drainage,supplemented by blocking,and combined with dredging. It is managed in five links of "interception,drainage,blocking,drainage,and protection". Four flood control ditches are set in the open air to intercept rainwater,and the rainwater infiltration speed is controlled through waste rock cushion,multi-stage sedimentation facilities,water retaining dams and drain holes are set on the water flow lines of the underground stope,which not only unblocks the mine water inflow lines,reduces the water accumulation in the stope,but also effectively prevents the mud and sand from entering the sedimentation tank and water bin,creating favorable conditions for the safe operation of drainage equipment.
