摘 要:为了减少天井施工的安全问题,提高本质安全和施工效率,通过对平行空孔掏槽法和VCR漏斗掏槽法2种方案进行论证与对比,制定了深孔一次爆破成井技术的应用方案。该方案综合利用2种掏槽法的优点,施工更加简便、高效,并在江西荡坪钨业有限公司九龙脑矿区采场切割天井进行现场工业试验。试验结果表明,深孔一次爆破成井技术在天井掘进中可以达到安全、高效且低成本的目的,经济效益可观,可以在地下金属矿山推广应用。In order to reduce the safety problem of patio construction and improve the intrinsic safety and construction efficiency,through the demonstration and comparison of two schemes of parallel empty hole cutting method and VCR funnel cutting method,the application scheme of deep hole once blasting well completion technology is formulated.The scheme comprehensively utilizes the advantages of the two cutting methods,and the construction is simpler and more efficient.The field industrial test was carried out in the stope cutting patio of Jiulongnao mining area of Jiangxi Dangping Tungsten Industry Co.,Ltd.The test results show that the deep hole one-time blasting technology can achieve the purpose of safety,high efficiency and low cost in patio excavation,and the economic benefits are considerable,which can be popularized and applied in underground metal mines.
