摘 要:针对目前薄煤层开采时效率低、经济性差的问题,提出了薄煤层掘进、切顶成巷及综采面布局的优化方案。同时在对现有综采设备综采特性进行研究的基础上,提出利用新型等高式采煤机和液压支架跟机自动控制技术进行薄煤层综采的方案。实际应用表明,优化后的综采工艺能够降低73.3%的井下作业人数,将井下综采作业效率提升17.4%,极大地提升了煤矿井下综采作业的效率和可靠性。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor economy in thin coal seam mining,the optimization schemes of thin coal seam excavation,roof cutting entry and fully mechanized mining layout are put forward.At the same time,based on the study of the characteristics of the existing fully-mechanized mining equipment,the scheme of fully-mechanized mining in thin coal seam is proposed by using the new contour shearer and hydraulic support automatic control technology.The practical application shows that the optimized fully mechanized mining technology can reduce the number of underground workers by 73.3%,and improve the efficiency of underground fully mechanized mining by 17.4%,which greatly improves the efficiency and reliability of underground fully mechanized mining.
