摘  要:某铁矿采用三段一闭路破碎—两阶段磨矿弱磁选工艺获得的铁精矿品位和粒度指标均达到球团厂需求,但一、二段磨机给矿粒度较粗,影响了磨矿能力的提升,且生产成本较高。为解决这些问题进行了碎矿产品高压辊磨+湿式预选工艺可行性研究。结果表明,碎矿最终产品高压辊磨机闭路辊压产品-200目含量为17.15%,球磨功指数为9.29kWh/t,低于常规破碎产品的球磨功指数(9.68kWh/t);高压辊磨机闭路辊压产品湿式磁选抛尾产率显著高于干选,精矿品位也显著较高,尾矿品位显著较低,表明湿式磁选效果更好,抛尾产率达28.78%,精矿品位达30.90%,高于给矿6.95个百分点,回收率达91.89%。研究表明,在现三段一闭路破碎流程后增加高压辊磨机闭路辊压、产品湿式预选作业,有利于降低入磨粒度、提高入磨品位、改善磨矿效果、提高磨矿效率,为选矿厂扩能增产、降本增效创造了条件。The grade and particle size of iron concentrate obtained by three-stage one-closed crush⁃ing and two-stage grinding low-intensity magnetic separation process have reached the needs of the pellet factory,but the grain size of the first and second stage feeding is coarse,which affects the improvement of the grinding capacity and cause the higher production cost.In order to solve these problems,the feasibility study of high-pressure grinding roller and wet preselection process for crushed ore products was carried out.The results showed that the content of-200 mesh in the final product of high-pressure grinding roller for crushed ore is 17.15%,and the ball milling power index is 9.29 kWh/t,which is lower than that of con⁃ventional crushed products(9.68 kWh/t).The wet magnetic separation yield of rolled products is significant⁃ly higher than that of dry separation,the concentrate grade is also significantly higher,and the tailings grade is significantly lower,indicating that the wet magnetic separation effect is better.The tailings throw⁃ing yield is 28.78%,and the concentrate grade is up to 30.90%,6.95 percentage points higher than the ore feeding,and the recovery rate is 91.89%.The research showed that adding the closed-circuit rolling of the high-pressure roller mill and the wet preselection for the product after the current three-stage-one closedcircuit crushing process is beneficial to reduce the grinding particle size,improve the grinding grade,the grinding effect,and the grinding efficiency.It has created conditions for expanding capacity,increasing production,reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
