摘 要:阿坝矿业选矿厂原来高附加值的高纯铁精矿产量占比仅为25%左右,为提升高纯铁精矿的占比,进行了选矿工艺优化研究。结果表明,对于加工高纯铁精矿的现场铁精矿(TFe品位66.50%、主要杂质成分为SiO2和Al2O3等),通过优化钢球级配,改用高铬钢球,磨矿产品-200目含量从36.8%提高至41.9%;通过提高磨矿浓度,磨矿产品-200目含量大幅度提高至92.6%;通过增加筛分面积、更换筛网,筛分效率(按-200目计)从81.71%提高至91.63%。在上述工艺优化基础上,进一步将普通铁精矿开路再磨改为闭路再磨,高纯铁精矿的产量占比由原来的25%左右提升到70%以上,经济效益明显。The output of high purity iron concentrate with high added value in Aba Mining concentrator was only about 25%. In order to increase the proportion of high purity iron concentrate,the optimization of beneficiation process was studied. The results showed that aming at the on-site iron concentrate(TFe grade is 66.50% and main impurity components is SiO2and Al2O3and so on) for processing high-purity iron concentrate,content of-200 mesh in grinding productions increased from 36.8% to 41.9% by optimizing the grading of steel balls and using high chromium steel balls. By increasing the grinding concentration,content of-200 mesh in grinding products has been greatly increased to 92.6%. By increasing the screening area and replacing the screen,the screening efficiency(measured by-200 mesh) increased from81.71% to 91.63%. On the basis of the above process optimization,the open circuit regrinding of ordinary iron concentrate is further changed to closed circuit regrinding,and the proportion of output of high-purity iron concentrate increased from about 25% to more than 70%,which indicates obvious economic benefits.
