摘 要:为了促进高压辊磨机超细粉碎新工艺的推广应用,介绍了高压辊磨+风选新工艺在某黄金矿山选厂的应用情况。生产试验表明,18~0 mm的金矿石碎至1.5~0 mm占93.55%的电耗为6.29 kWh/t,系统运行稳定、产量高、能耗低、设备运转率高;系统可方便灵活地对最终产品粒度进行调整,无需更换筛网,可实现给料系统和粉磨系统的动态平衡,自动化程度高;合格产品粒度越细,转运循环物料的能耗越高,因此,生产中需从工艺和经济效益方面进行综合论证。In order to promote the promotion and application of the new process of ultra-fine crushing of HPGR,the application of the new technology of HPGR and wind power separation in a gold mine dressing plant was introduced.The production test showed that the power consumption of 18~0 mm gold ore crushed to 1.5~0 mm accounting for 93.55%is 6.29 kWh/t with stable operation,high output,low energy consumption and high equipment operation rate.The system can easily and flexibly adjust the particle size of the final product without changing the screen,which can realize the dynamic balance of the feeding system and the grinding system with a high degree of automation.The finer products requested the higher energy consumption of transferring materials.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively demonstrate the process and economic benefits in production.
