摘 要:为解决快掘工作面粉尘污染问题,以小保当一号煤矿东翼回风大巷为研究对象,通过分析快掘生产工艺、截割产尘及运移规律、原除尘系统存在问题及掘锚一体机设备布局,以长压短抽通风除尘技术为指导,设计了一套机载除尘系统。现场应用表明,该除尘系统对掘进面截割产尘具有很好的净化作用,人员作业区域全尘、呼尘平均降尘率分别达到了87.91%、85.72%,工作面作业环境得到显著改善。In order to solve the problem of dust pollution in the rapid excavation face,the east wing return air roadway of Xiaobaodang No. 1 Coal Mine was taken as the research object. By analyzing the rapid excavation production process,the cutting dust production and migration law,the existing problems of the original dust removal system and the equipment layout of the excavation-anchor integrated machine,a set of airborne dust removal system was designed under the guidance of long press short extraction ventilation dust removal technology. The field application shows that the dust removal system has a good purification effect on the cutting dust of the heading face. The average dust reduction rates of total dust and respirable dust in the personnel operation area reach 87.91 % and 85.72 % respectively,and the working environment of the working face is significantly improved.
