摘 要:为解决银山矿业公司铜回收率低,铜精矿水分高的问题,对现场VTM-800型立磨机进行了钢球、顽石、陶瓷球磨矿效果研究。结果表明,用顽石和陶瓷球为磨矿介质,磨矿产品中的铁离子含量低,有利于铜矿物的浮选回收;使用陶瓷球与使用钢球相比,介质单耗下降近90%,与钢球、顽石相比电耗分别下降33%和15%;使用陶瓷球和顽石为磨矿介质可以减少磨矿产品的过粉碎,提高铜精矿品位和回收率;使用陶瓷球为磨矿介质,可以延长立磨机螺旋衬板的使用寿命。In order to solve the problem of low copper recovery rate and high water content of copper concentrate in Yinshan Mining Company,the grinding effects of steel ball,pebble and ceramic ball for VTM-800 vertical mill were investigated. The results showed that with pebble and ceramic ball as grinding medium,the content of iron ions in grinding products is low,which is conducive to the flotation recovery of copper minerals. Compared with the use of steel ball,the medium consumption of ceramic ball decreased by nearly 90%,and the power consumption decreased by 33% and 15% respectively compared with steel ball and pebble. The use of ceramic ball and pebble as grinding medium can reduce the over-grinding of grinding products and improve the grade and recovery rate of copper concentrate. Using ceramic ball as grinding medium can prolong the service life of spiral lining of vertical grinding machine.
