摘 要:为了控制100 m^(3)鞍山式竖炉在磁化焙烧过程中废气的含O_(2)量,通过单因素试验考察了磁化焙烧过程中空煤比、抽烟机风量、竖炉密封性对废气中O_(2)含量的影响。结果表明,磁化焙烧过程中只有燃烧室温度达到一定温度时(约700℃),增加助燃空气才可以使煤气充分燃烧,否则增加助燃空气量只能使废气中的CO有所降低,但并不能使其充分燃烧,增加助燃空气会影响废气中O_(2)含量上升;抽烟机风量、竖炉密封性也是影响废气中O_(2)含量的因素。Aiming to control the O_(2)content in exhaust gas during magnetization roasting of 100 m^(3) Anshan-type shaft furnace,the influence of air-coal ratio,air volume of smoker and seal of shaft furnace on O_(2)content in exhaust gas during magnetization roasting was investigated by single factor test.The experimental results showed that in the process of magnetization roasting,only when the combustion chamber temperature reaches a certain temperature(about 700℃)can the combustion-supporting air be increased to make the gas fully burn,otherwise,only increasing the amount of combustion-supporting air can only reduce the CO in the exhaust gas,but it can not make it fully burn.On the contrary,it will lead to an increase in O_(2)content in exhaust gas by increasing combustion-supporting air.In addition,the results of single factor test also showed that the air volume of smoker and the sealing performance of shaft furnace are also the key factors affecting the O_(2)content in exhaust gas.
