摘　　要：为了确保皖宝石灰销售分公司石灰产品不因转装系统缺陷而影响质量,并提高系统的安全性和装船效率,有针对性地设计了漏斗水气两用清洗干燥装置和皮带清洗干燥装置,改造实施后的生产实践表明,研发的装置能高效、稳定地解决现场问题,具有较高的推广应用价值。In order to ensure the lime products quality doesn’t be affected by the defect of transfer system in Wanbao Lime Sales Branch Office,and improve the security of the system and the efficiency of shipment,the funnel cleaning and drying device used in water and air,and belt cleaning and drying device are designed specifically. The production practice after the transformation showed that the developed device can solve the field problems efficiently and stably,and has high popularization and application value.
