摘  要:目的探讨葡萄籽原花青素(grape seed proanthocyanidins,GSP)对小鼠镇咳、祛痰及免疫增强作用。方法利用浓氨水引咳法、气管段酚红排泌法、炭粒廓清法和二硝基氟苯诱导迟发型变态反应法,分别测定GSP对小鼠镇咳、祛痰、非特异性免疫功能和特异性细胞免疫功能的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,GSP低、中、高剂量组小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期均显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),GSP中、高剂量组小鼠的2 min咳嗽次数显著减少(P<0.01)、气管酚红排泌量显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),免疫抑制对照组小鼠的廓清指数、吞噬指数、耳肿胀度、脾脏指数及胸腺指数均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);与免疫抑制对照组比较,GSP中、高剂量组小鼠的廓清指数、吞噬指数、耳肿胀度、脾脏指数及胸腺指数均显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论GSP具有良好的镇咳、祛痰及免疫增强作用,可能与其对小鼠的非特异性免疫功能和特异性细胞免疫功能增强作用有关。Objective To investigate the effects of grape seed proanthocyanidins(GSP)on cough suppression,expectorant and immune enhancement in mice.Methods The effects of GSP on cough suppression,expectoration,non-specific immune function,and specific cellular immune function in mice were determined by concentrated ammonia cough elicitation method,tracheal segment phenol red excretion method,charcoal particle contouring method and dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed metaplasia method,respectively.Results Compared with the blank control group,the cough latency of the GSP low,middle,and high dose groups was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the cough frequency in 2 min of the GSP middle and high dose groups was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the phenol red excretion in the trachea was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The clearance index,phagocytosis index,ear swelling degree,spleen index and thymus index of the immunosuppressive control group were significantly decreased(P<0.05or P<0.01).Compared with the immunosuppressive control group,the clearance index,phagocytosis index,ear swelling,spleen index and thymus index of the mice in the middle and high dose GSP groups were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion GSP has good cough suppressant,expectorant and immune enhancing effects,which may be related to its non-specific immune function and specific cellular immune function enhancing effects on mice.
