摘  要:为了预防控制煤粉制备系统中细煤粉的泄漏危险和爆炸事故的发生,搭建了细水雾发生测试系统,测试了不同工作压力下,1种实心锥形喷嘴喷出的水雾的喷射雾化角、流量、粒径等特征参数。结果表明:随着喷雾压力的增加,水雾流量呈线性增加,粒径逐渐减小;当压力为2.0 MPa时,水流分散成粒径足够小的细水雾,流量为19.62 L/min,细水雾中值粒径为146.3μm。基于细水雾降尘、灭火抑爆机理,设计了抑尘抑爆系统,对煤粉制备系统不同区域的水雾供给流量、喷头数量进行了计算,研究了喷头的安装布置方式,为煤粉制备系统的安全运行提供了可靠保障。In order to prevent and control the leakage risk and explosion accident of pulverized coal in the pulverized coal preparation system,a test system for the occurrence of water mist was set up.The characteristic parameters such as atomization angle,flow rate and particle size of a solid conical nozzle were tested under different working pressures.The experimental results show that with the increase of spray pressure,the water flow rate increases linearly and the particle size decreases gradually;when the pressure is 2.0 MPa,the water flow is dispersed into fine water mist with small particle size,the flow rate is 19.62 L/min,and the median particle size of fine water mist is 146.3μm.Based on the dust removal and explosion suppression mechanism of fine water mist,the dust suppression and explosion suppression system is designed.The water mist supply flow rate and the number of spray nozzle in different areas of pulverized coal preparation system are designed and calculated,the arrangement of spray nozzle are studied,which provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of pulverized coal preparation system.
