摘 要:分析矿山土壤重金属污染情况,有助于提高矿山修复治理效果。以西北某矿山土壤为研究对象,确定该地绿植生态被破坏的主要原因是重金属镍超标,研究镍对绿植的影响得出高浓度镍会抑制绿植生长的结论,采用电动微生物法修复土壤中重金属污染,实现矿山土壤镍污染绿植生态修复治理。经验证,在电压和微生物合适的情况下,电动微生物法对矿山土壤重金属污染绿植生态修复治理具有积极作用。The analysis of heavy metal pollution in mine soil is helpful to improve the effect of mine remediation.Taking the soil of a mine in northwest China as the research object,it was determined that the main reason for the destruction of the green plant ecology in this area was that the heavy metal nickel exceeded the standard.Studying the impact of nickel on green plants,it was concluded that the high concentration of nickel would inhibit the growth of green plants.The electrokinetic microbial method was used to repair the heavy metal pollution in the soil,so as to achieve the ecological restoration and treatment of green plants polluted by nickel in the mine soil.It is verified that under the appropriate voltage and microorganism,the electrokinetic microorganism method has a positive effect on the ecological restoration and treatment of green plants polluted by heavy metals in mine soil.
