摘 要:为了解决中马村矿选煤厂末煤重介系统脱泥效果差、介耗高等问题,通过末煤筛分试验、原煤转筒泥化试验对煤质特性进行分析,在煤质试验研究和市场调研的基础上,结合现场实际情况增加1台2KCZ-QX-130琴弦弛张筛用于末煤3 mm深度筛分。介绍了琴弦弛张筛基本结构、技术特点、工作原理及安装方案。现场应用表明,琴弦弛张筛用于原煤3 mm深度筛分,技术及经济指标先进,筛分效率达82.86%,完全解决了现场存在问题,满足现场安全生产需要,降低了选煤厂电耗、浮选油耗及介耗,综合洗煤加工费降低4.73元/t原煤;在原煤煤质不变并保质保量完成选煤厂末煤生产任务的条件下,洗末煤产率提高4.12%,煤泥产率降低7.97%,实现了煤泥减量化生产和产品结构优化,提高了产品综合售价,经济效益可观,环保效益显著。In order to solve the problems of poor desliming effect and high medium consumption of fine coal dense medium system in Zhongmachun Coal Preparation Plant,coal quality characteristics were analyzed through fine coal screening test and raw coal rotary sliming test.On the basis of coal quality test research and market research,a 2 KCZ-QX-130 piano string relaxation screen was added to screen fine coal at 3 mm depth in combination with the actual situation on site.The basic structure,technical characteristics,working principle and installation scheme of the piano string relaxation screen were introduced.The field application showed that the piano string relaxation screen was used for 3 mm deep screening of raw coal with advanced technical and economic indicators,and the screening efficiency reached 82.86%,which completely solved the problems existing on the site,meet the needs of on-site safety production,reduced the power consumption,flotation oil consumption and medium consumption of the coal preparation plant,and reduced the comprehensive coal washing processing cost by 4.73 yuan/t of raw coal;Under the condition that the raw coal quality remains unchanged and the fine coal production task of the coal preparation plant was completed with quality and quantity guaranteed,the yield of fine coal washing was increased by 4.12%,and the yield of coal slime was reduced by 7.97%.The reduced production of coal slime and the optimization of product structure were realized,and the comprehensive price of products was increased.The economic benefits were considerable,and the environmental benefits were significant.
