摘  要:测定水质中化学需氧量(COD)标准方法中的回流消解方法所用仪器占用面积大、消解数量少、消解时间长。使用微波回流消解替代传统回流消解方法进行样品消解,减少了实验室占用面积,加强了消解回流过程的安全性,回流消解过程较传统方法减少了近2 h,加快了样品的监测速度。通过有证标准物质、实际样品的验证,所推荐的回流消解方法精准可靠,是对目前标准分析方法中回流消解方式的重大改进。In the standard method for determining chemical oxygen demand(COD)in water quality,the reflux digestion method uses a large area of instruments,a small amount of digestion,and a long digestion time.Microwave reflux digestion was used to replace the traditional reflux digestion method for sample digestion,which reduced the area occupied by the laboratory,strengthened the safety of the digestion reflux process,reduced the reflux digestion process by nearly 2 hours compared with the traditional method,and speeded up the sample monitoring.Through the verification of certified reference materials and actual samples,the recommended reflux digestion method was accurate and reliable,which was a significant improvement on the current standard analysis method.
