摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶共沉淀法制备Fe_(3)O_(4)水基磁性流体,通过3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)对硅烷化的Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性纳米粒子进行表面改性,并加入4-甲基丙烯酰氧基偏苯三酸酐(4-META)进一步接枝聚合成磁性微球。采用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和振动磁强计(VSM)对得到的磁性粒子进行表征,结果表明,成功制得可用于分子印迹聚合物中的磁核APTES-Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-4-META,解决了单一F_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子难以与分子印迹层结合的问题,为下一步磁性分子印迹聚合反应提供更好的健合作用。Fe_(3)O_(4)water-based magnetic fluid was prepared by sol-gel co-precipitation method.The silanized Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic nanoparticles were modified by 3-aminopropyl trethoxysilane(APTES),and the magnetic microspheres were further grafted and polymerized by adding 4-methylacryloxymetaphenic anhydride(4-META).At the same time,the obtained magnetic microspheres were characterized by several techniques,such as transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),X-Ray diffraction(XRD)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results indicated that the magnetic microspheres APTES-Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-4-META was successfully prepared and could be used as a magnetic cores in the synthesis of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers.It solved the problem that Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles were difficult to bind to the molecular imprinting layers,and provided a better bund cooperation for the next magnetic moleculan imprinting polymerization.
