摘  要:采用核壳乳液聚合法,以阴离子乳化剂和反应型乳化剂复配体系为复合乳化剂,引入纤维素作为改性单体,以苯乙烯、丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸异辛酯为交联单体,制备出自交联苯丙乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、马尔文激光粒度仪、动态热机械分析(DMA)对乳液和涂膜的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明,适量的纤维素可使涂膜固含量和防水性能得到适当提高,并使得改性后的涂膜具有良好的耐低温性。On the base of core-shell emulsion polymerization method,the self-crosslinking styrene acrylic emulsion was prepared with anionic emulsifier and the reactive emulsifier compound system as the composite emulsifier,introduced cellulose as the modified monomer,and styrene,n-butyl acrylate and isooctyl acrylate as cross-linked monomers.The structure and properties of the emulsion and coatings were characterized by FT-IR,Malvern laser particle size analyzer,and DMA.The results showed that an appropriate amount of cellulose could improve the solid content and waterproof performance of the coating film and the modified coating film with good low temperature resistance could be obtained.
