摘  要:为满足“双碳”目标下火电机组灵活性运行需要,循环流化床(CFB)机组参与深度调峰势在必行。系统总结现役超临界及以下参数等级CFB机组深度调峰运行实践,对正在开发建设的超超临界CFB机组深度调峰技术可行性进行分析论证,同时对其深度调峰能力进行合理预测。研究结果表明:通过对超超临界CFB锅炉结构特点及设计性能分析,针对超超临界CFB锅炉深度调峰时存在的低负荷稳燃、水动力安全、宽负荷脱硝、快速变负荷等技术问题,选择先进的锅炉炉型、采用良好的二次上升水冷壁及床温床压均匀性设计技术、强化炉内还原性氛围、提升炉内耐磨耐火材料性能、快速控制变负荷工况炉内床存量、优化机组控制策略等技术措施,超超临界CFB锅炉运行特性良好,污染物排放可稳定实现超低排放,且具有良好的深度调峰性能。超超临界CFB机组参与深度调峰时,锅炉最低稳燃负荷可达到20%~30%,30%负荷及以上工况变负荷速率预计达到1.5%/min~2%/min,30%负荷以下工况变负荷速率预计达到1%/min。研究成果可为在役超临界CFB机组深度调峰及同类型超超临界CFB锅炉优化设计提供技术参考。In order to meet the flexibility operation needs of the coal-fired units under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,it is imperative for the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)units to participate in in-depth peak regulation.By systematically summarizing in-depth peak regulation operation practice of existing supercritical and below parameter levels CFB units,the feasibility of in-depth peak regulation technology of ultra-supercritical CFB unit under development and being built is analyzed and demonstrated,meanwhile,in-depth peak regulation capacity of the boiler is also reasonably predicted.The research results show that by analyzing the structural characteristics and design performance of the ultra-supercritical CFB boiler,for technical problems such as stable combustion under low load,hydrodynamic safety,denitration performance under wide load and rapid boiler load change rate existing in in-depth peak regulation,technical measures were implemented by selecting advanced boiler furnace type,adopting good design technology of secondary rising water wall and uniformity design of bed temperature and bed pressure,strengthening the reducing atmosphere inside furnace,improving the performance of wear-resistant refractory materials,quickly controlling the furnace bed material stock under variable load,optimizing the control strategy of CFB unit and so on.The boiler would have good operation characteristics and good in-depth peak regulation performance,and the pollutant emissions can steadily achieve ultra-low emission standards.When the ultra-supercritical CFB unit participates in in-depth peak regulation,the minimum stable combustion load of the boiler can reach 20%30%,and boiler load change rate under 30%unit load or above could reach 1.5%/min 2%/min,while that below 30%unit load could reach 1%/min.The research results can provide references for in-depth peak regulation of in-service supercritical CFB units and design optimization of similar ultra-supercritical CFB units.
