摘　　要：建立了使用柱前衍生-高效液相色法测定婴幼儿食品和乳品中胆碱含量的方法。试样经酸水解,将滤液进行衍生,HPLC分离,FLD检测,外标法定量。衍生物的色谱表现良好,标准曲线线性良好,LOD为0.3 mg/100 g、LOQ为1 mg/100 g。样品平均加标回收率为85.0%~110.4%,RSD为1.27%~3.78%。对比GB 5413.20—2022第一法对相同样品测定的数据,结果显示两种方法的数据间差异不显著(p>0.05)。本法能有效对样品中胆碱进行测定。A method for the determination of choline in infant food and dairy products by pre-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography was established.The sample was acid hydrolyzed,the filtrate was derived,separated by HPLC,detected by FLD,and quantified by external standard method.The derivatives showed good chromatographic performance and good linearity of the standard curve with LOD of 0.3 mg/100 g and LOQ of 1 mg/100 g.The average sample recovery rate was 85.0%~110.4%with RSD of 1.27%~3.78%.Comparing the data determined by the first method of GB 5413.20-2022 for the same samples,the results showed that the differences between the data of the two methods were not significant(p>0.05).This method could effectively determine choline the samples.
