摘  要:通过对磁窑沟煤矿13101工作面综采放顶煤工艺流程进行研究分析,并结合工作面煤层地质条件及现场情况,确定工作面合理的放煤步距和放煤方式,现场应用实践结果表明,采用综采放顶煤开采技术后,工作面煤炭回收率和顶煤回收率均达到90%以上,工作面最高月产达到57.98万t,实现了安全高效开采。Through the research and analysis of the fully mechanized top coal caving process flow of No.13101 Face in Ciyaogou Mine, combined with the geological conditions and field conditions of the working face, the reasonable caving step distance and caving method of the working face were determined. The field application practice results showed that after the fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology was adopted, the coal recovery rate and top coal recovery rate of the working face reached more than 90 %, and the maximum monthly output of the working face reached 579,800 tons, which realized safe and efficient mining.
