摘 要:为解决伯方煤矿3号煤层沿底板掘进巷道顶板煤层极易冒落、巷道围岩易发生大变形的情况,该矿工作面顺槽改为沿煤层顶板掘进,在工作面采动影响下巷道两帮和底板变形破坏严重。采用松软厚煤层稳定性控制技术,将2个顺槽沿煤层底板掘进,可提高工作面煤层回采率,增加经济效益。通过理论计算、数值模拟和现场监测等方法,确定巷道围岩大变形影响因素,并对支护设计进行优化,将松软厚煤层工作面顺槽沿底板布置,缓解厚煤层回采巷道大变形的问题。该方案对解决伯方煤矿松软厚煤层的巷道支护问题提供了借鉴。In order to solve the problem that the roof coal seam of the roadway driving along the floor of No.3 Coal Seam in Bofang Coal Mine was easy to fall and the surrounding rock of the roadway was prone to large deformation, the working face of the mine was changed to driving along the roof of the coal seam, and the deformation and failure of the two sides and the floor of the roadway were serious under the influence of mining. By using the stability control technology of soft thick coal seam, two crossheadings were driven along the floor of coal seam, which could improve the recovery rate of coal seam and increase economic benefits. Through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field monitoring, the influencing factors of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock were determined, and the support design was optimized. The soft thick coal seam working face was arranged along the bottom plate to alleviate the problem of large deformation of thick coal seam mining roadway. The scheme provided a reference for solving the roadway support problem of soft thick coal seam in Bofang Mine.
