摘 要:我国煤矿大都在井下开采,因此通风工作非常重要,对主扇风机的高效平稳运行有较高要求,保障安全生产。矿井主扇风机的基本要求是高效运行与稳健启动,本文对矿井风机调速原理和方式,以及风机启动特性进行研究,并据此对华阳一矿阳坡堰MAF-3000/1700-1G型风机进行变频改造。改造后的实践表明,高压变频调速装置具有良好的启动特性、调速性能,保证了矿井风机高效平稳运行。Most of the coal mines in China are mined underground, so the ventilation work is very important. It has high requirements for the efficient and stable operation of the main fan to ensure safe production. The basic requirement of mine main fan is efficient operation and steady start-up. In this paper, the principle and mode of speed regulation of mine fan and the start-up characteristics of fan are studied, and the MAF-3000/1700-1G fan of Yangpoyan in Huayang No. 1 Mine is transformed by frequency conversion. The practice after the transformation shows that the high-voltage variable frequency speed regulation device has good starting characteristics and speed regulation performance, which ensures the efficient and stable operation of the mine fan.
