摘 要:近年来,随着地热井施工越来越多,酸化解堵技术也逐渐应用到地热井施工领域,但常规酸化对地热井增产效果有限,为了解决酸化对地热井增产问题,本文基于地热韩城1号井现场岩屑及岩样的室内配伍溶蚀实验、N80套管钢片的溶蚀试验,同时结合防膨、耐水洗及铁离子稳定性研究,最终提出了合适本地区的SM131复合酸体系,通过在地热韩城1号井的成功应用,结果表明:该复合酸体系在1号井酸化解堵方面效果显著,使其产能增加了2.28倍,温度增加了1.3℃,从而大幅度降低了生产成本。In recent years, with more and more geothermal well construction, acidizing and plug removal technology is gradually applied to geothermal well construction field, but conventional acidizing has limited effect on geothermal well stimulation, this paper is based on laboratory compatible corrosion test of cuttings and rock samples, corrosion test of N80casing steel sheet, and study of anti-swelling, water washing resistance and iron ion stability in geothermal well Hancheng No. 1, the SM131 complex acid system suitable for this area was put forward. The successful application of SM131 complex acid system in geothermal well Hancheng No. 1 showed that this complex acid system was effective in acidizing and plugging removal of well No. 1, the production capacity increased by 2.28 times and the temperature increased by 1.3 ℃,thus greatly reducing the production cost.
