摘  要:为了提高YL-335B自动化生产线实验教学装备的利用率,提高该装备各工作站可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)程序编写和调试效率,设计了基于监视与控制通用系统(Monitor and Control Generated System,MCGS)的自动化生产线PLC虚拟实验平台。介绍该PLC虚拟实验平台的组成,设计总体方案,进行了实时数据库的设计、人机界面仿真动画设计、仿真动画连接设计、设备通信与通道连接设计,并进行了模拟仿真运行调试、工作站联机测试及验证。实验证明,该虚拟实验平台能提高YL-335B自动化生产线装备的实验教学质量和效果,培养和锻炼实验者的PLC程序编写和调试能力。In order to improve the utilization rate of experimental teaching equipment of YL-335B automatic production line and improve the efficiency of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) programming and debugging of each workstation of the equipment,a virtual experiment platform of automatic production line PLC based on Monitor and Control Generated System(MCGS) was designed. Firstly, the composition of the PLC virtual experiment platform is introduced and the overall scheme is designed.Secondly, the design of real-time database, man-machine interface simulation animation, simulation animation connection,equipment communication and channel connection are carried out. Finally, the simulation run debugging, workstation online testing and verification are carried out. The experiment proves that the virtual experimental platform can improve the experimental teaching quality and effect of YL-335B automatic production line equipment, and can cultivate and train the experimenter’s PLC programming and debugging ability.
