毛泽东处理中苏关系的考量及其当代价值

摘　　要：历史上的中苏关系历经曲折,毛泽东处理中苏关系的目的也是颇受争议。有人认为毛泽东发表《关于国际新形势对新华日报记者的谈话》是为了换取斯大林对他的支持,有人造谣毛泽东赞成“斯大林‘暂时不改动这项条约的任何条款’的决定”,甚至还有人提出毛泽东想当“国际共运领袖”。事实上,真正的事实则是毛泽东坚持从中国抗战的实际出发客观评价《苏德互不侵犯条约》;毛泽东坚持签订新的中苏友好同盟互助条约并坚决捍卫国家领土主权;毛泽东强调要“以苏联和苏联共产党为首”,但他反对封建“家长制”的统治和“父子党”式的关系。立足于上述问题涉及的相关史料,结合当时的历史背景进行分析和考证,大量史料证明毛泽东始终坚决捍卫国家主权和领土完整,始终坚持追求平等的党际关系,始终坚持从党的立场、人民的立场、国家和民族的立场出发开展对外交往活动。Sino-Soviet relations have experienced tortuous development in history,and the relationship between Mao Zedong and the Soviet Union is also complicated.Some people think that Mao Zedong’s Talks to Xinhua Daily Reporters on the New International Situation was published in exchange for Stalin’s support.There are rumors that Mao Zedong agreed to“Stalin’s decision to not change any provisions of this treaty for the time being”,and some even talk about the nonsense that Mao Zedong wanted to be the“leader of the international communist movement”.On the contrary,the fact is that Mao Zedong insisted on objectively evaluating the Soviet-German Non-Aggression Treaty from the reality of China’s war of resistance against Japan.Mao Zedong insisted on signing a new Sino-Soviet friendship alliance and mutual assistance treaty and resolutely defended China’s territorial sovereignty.Mao Zedong emphasized the concept“headed by the Soviet Union and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union”,but he opposed the feudal“patriarchal”rule and the“paternal-child Party”relationship.Based on the relevant historical materials involved in the above issues,and combined with the historical background at that time,analysis and research have been carried out.A large number of historical materials have proved that Mao Zedong has always resolutely defended national sovereignty and territorial integrity,adhered to the pursuit of equal inter-Party relations,and adhered to the Party’s position and the people’s perspective.He has always adhered to the position of the Party,the the country and the nation to proceed with foreign exchange activities.
